SGE focuses on companies with at least $5 million of commercial revenue and strong growth prospects. We look for strong, high-integrity management teams who lead companies by providing unique value to customers. SGE is generally the lead investor and assumes a board seat to best leverage our skills and resources. We typically invest between $5 million and $30 million per company.
