Scott Feldman joined SGE in 2007 and focuses on the information, financial, and business services sectors. He currently serves on the boards of HMP Communications and TradeHelm.

Prior to joining SGE, Scott was a senior member of SIG’s leveraged buyout group. Prior to joining SIG in 2006, Scott was a Managing Director at Broadmark Capital, a technology-focused investment bank with concentrations in the information services, business services, and telecommunications sectors. Scott began his career at Gabelli & Company in 1997.

Scott's past investments and clients include Arbinet-theexchange (ARBX), Yipes Communications (acquired by Reliance), Universal Access (acquired by Vanco/Reliance), and Automated Resource Group.

Scott graduated with a BS in Finance from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management at Boston College with concentrations in Economics and Computer Science.
