Amir joined SIG and formed Susquehanna Growth Equity in 2006. He focuses on investments in payments and software. Amir also oversees SIG’s broader private equity investing activities in the United States, Europe, and Israel. He currently sits on the boards of iCIMS, JK Group, MMIT, Netformx, and PaySimple. He previously served on the boards of CashEdge (acquired by Fiserv), Plimus (acquired by Great Hill Partners), and ESP Technologies (acquired by Investment Technology Group).

Amir brings more than 15 years of technology investing experience to SGE. He previously led growth investments in financial technology and software at TL Ventures and BRM Capital. He was also an investment banker at Robertson Stephens where he was involved in several public offerings and M&A transactions. Amir has extensive experience helping international companies penetrate the North American marketplace.

His previous investments include Kashya (acquired by EMC), Prosight (acquired by Primavera/Oracle), ClariFI (acquired by Standard & Poor’s), Whale Communications (acquired by Microsoft), and Crossworlds (NASDAQ, then acquired by IBM).

Amir taught entrepreneurial management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania to second year MBA candidates from 2005-2010. He received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
