Adam serves as Senior Program Director of GTM Operations at ActiveCampaign, where he facilitates process improvements, tool implementations, reporting, and ensures projects within Sales Operations are progressing while acting as a PM.
With nearly 14 years of experience, Adam has worked through all stages of hypergrowth at ActiveCampaign. His focus has largely been on growing sales teams and operational leadership to support scalable business expansion. His background includes customer-facing roles, sales leadership positions, and multiple sales operations functions, offering a strong perspective on
the customer lifecycle and revenue generation process. Before his current role, Adam held multiple leadership positions within ActiveCampaign, including Director of Revenue Operations, Director of Channel Operations, Director of Sales - Asia Pacific, and Account Executive. This background across the revenue organization helps him connect strategic planning with tactical execution, working to align operational initiatives with business growth objectives.
Adam's approach to business focuses on data-driven decision making, systematic process optimization, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. He works on developing change management frameworks, implementing technology solutions, and creating measurement systems that connect operational metrics to business outcomes.
Adam holds an MBA from Taylor University with a focus on International Business. He works with executives across the organization to address operational challenges and communicate their business impact.
