Sasha leads Global Talent Acquisition at ActiveCampaign, an AI-first, end-to-end marketing platform that helps businesses automate personalized marketing, sales, and customer experiences. She oversees the strategies, programs, and processes that drive high-quality hiring outcomes, and is known for building high-performing TA teams that act as true strategic partners to the business.
Previously, Sasha led Talent Acquisition at multiple high-growth technology organizations, where she was brought in to build and scale teams rapidly. She began her career in executive search, specializing in HR, marketing, and technology roles, and earlier worked in mental health counseling within a maximum-security prison and psychiatric facilities—experience she credits as foundational to her success as a people leader.
Sasha holds a BS from Roger Williams University and lives outside Boston with her husband, daughter, and four-legged companion.
