Marty joined Seek Now in March 2025 as Senior Vice President of Operations. Seek Now is the leading tech-enabled inspection services company in the United States, providing fast, accurate, and decision-ready property insights to insurance carriers and real estate operators.
In his role, Marty leads teams responsible for delivering these insights by leveraging a coast-to-coast network of inspectors and internal teams that support field operations. He focuses on strategic priorities that drive operational and financial efficiency while advancing quality initiatives across the organization.
Before joining Seek Now, Marty spent nearly two decades in the technology sector, working with Rackspace and Arcserve. He began his career as a network and security engineer before transitioning into leadership roles overseeing global teams in infrastructure and cloud operations, technical change management, business application support, and customer experience.
Marty lives in the Hill Country of South Texas with his wife, Jessica, and spends his free time reading, hiking, and exploring new destinations.
