She focuses on elevating the employee experience across the entire lifecycle, attracting, developing, and retaining top EHS talent to deliver exceptional service and long-term client value. U.S. Compliance is a fast-growing, mission-driven environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance firm with a unique Compliance as a Service (CaaS) model, providing affordable, subscription-based solutions to manufacturers across North America.

Amanda has spearheaded initiatives that transform leadership, engagement, and performance across the organization. She launched a transformational leadership academy to develop confident, capable leaders, redesigned the performance management process to foster accountability and career growth, and built a scalable, data-driven talent acquisition function to match top EHS talent with meaningful work. She has also optimized benefits, recognition, and wellness programs to retain employees and cultivate a values-driven culture where team members feel connected, empowered, and inspired.

Amanda shares her expertise in people strategy, culture-building, and world-class employee experiences, helping organizations scale while keeping employees engaged and empowered. She holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Spanish from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN, and is a Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).
