Alaina Loori is the VP, Global Customer Success at HackerRank. In this role, Alaina is responsible for Customer Success Management, Technical Support, Customer Enablement, and Customer Operations/Analytics. Before her current role, Alaina joined HackerRank as the Director, Customer Success Operations, focusing on building scalable and repeatable processes. Some notable improvements include rolling out CS Software for comprehensive health scoring, starting a Scaled CS team to engage and support customers at scale, creating a success planning framework for strategic customer success, and implementing the HackerRank Academy to streamline how customers are trained.
Before HackerRank, Alaina held various sales, account management, and customer success leadership positions at several fast-growing SaaS HR tech companies. Alaina spent almost ten years at iCIMS, starting as an Account Manager and then moving to Manager, Account Management, Director, Account Management, and Sales Manager.
Alaina graduated with a BS in Communications from New York University. When not working, Alaina can be found at the soccer fields, rooting on her boys.
