Adam is a Senior Advisor to Susquehanna Portfolio Value Creation. In this role, he helps Susquehanna’s investing and operating teams identify new investment opportunities and collaborates with the revenue organizations within Susquehanna’s portfolio to build high performing teams that accelerate growth.
He joins SGE after spending nearly 20 years with iCIMS, a market-leading SaaS provider in the HR Technology space. Feigenbaum joined iCIMS shortly after it was founded and helped build the go-to-market strategies and operations (Marketing, Sales & Service) that ultimately led iCIMS into becoming the world’s leading, best-in-class talent acquisition software provider with approximately 4,000 clients, in excess of $250 million annual recurring revenue, and consistent delivery of double-digit revenue growth.
Adam has a passion for and expertise in customer revenue strategies – inclusive of both customer retention and customer growth. As Chief Customer Officer, Adam led these efforts serving as the executive sponsor for iCIMS’ Voice of Customer program, ensuring that iCIMS’ global sales and customer service delivery strategies were aligned, integrated and optimized to create an unparalleled customer experience. Additionally, Feigenbaum’s tenure and experience in helping senior Human Resources and Talent Acquisition executives manage the critical intersection of technology and Talent Acquisition has earned him numerous national speaking credits that include the SHRM Annual Conference and the Human Resource Executive HR Technology Conference, along with many regional engagements around the country.
A lifelong New Jersey native, Feigenbaum also proudly holds a BS in Business Management from Rutgers University School of Business and is a founding Board Member of the Rutgers Business School Center for Women in Business. Adam is also Founder of AlignGTM, offering consultation for businesses seeking to advance their go-to-market performance.
