Pankaj is a Senior Advisor to Susquehanna Portfolio Value Creation. In this role, he works closely with Susquehanna’s value creation team to help portfolio companies strengthen their operations in professional services and customer success, enabling scalable growth and improved customer outcomes.
He joins SGE after spending over a decade at HighRadius Corporation, a leading SaaS provider for the office of the CFO. As Senior Vice President of Professional Services and Customer Success, Pankaj was part of the executive team that helped grow HighRadius from a bootstrapped startup to a $3 billion enterprise. During his 11-year tenure, he built and led global teams responsible for service delivery, customer success, and long-term client value.
Pankaj also brings his expertise to academia, serving as an Adjunct Professor at the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. In the classroom, he prepares future leaders to use technology as a driver of digital transformation and business value creation.
He holds an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver, a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
