Doug is a strategy and operations leader with over 20 years of experience driving growth and operational excellence at high-performing technology companies. Most recently, he served on the executive team of ServiceTitan (NASDAQ: TTAN) as Senior Vice President of Operations, where he helped prepare the company for its IPO by transforming its operations and unlocking new sources of top-and bottom-line growth. Doug oversaw Revenue Strategy & Operations, Data Science, Product Analytics, Pricing, and IT.
Previously, Doug was Vice President of Global Business Operations at LinkedIn. He helped the company scale from ~$200M to ~$15B in revenue by crafting growth strategies and driving operational excellence across the business. Prior to LinkedIn, Doug was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company, advising clients on growth strategy and operational transformation.
Doug holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his family.
