Jacob Olins is a Senior Advisor to Susquehanna's Portfolio Value Creation team where he leverages his payments and fintech expertise to support the growth of Susquehanna’s portfolio companies.
Jacob is a fintech and vertical SaaS executive with a deep foundation in payments, banking and treasury services, developed through early roles at Citi and JPMorgan. Today, he serves as SVP & GM, Fintech at WorkWave, a global leader in software for field and mobile service businesses. Jacob has led the development and scaling of embedded payments, lending, and banking products for businesses, their customers and their employees, serving the diverse needs of micro merchants, SMBs, multi-billion dollar enterprises, and everything in between.
Jacob advises Susquehanna Growth Equity’s portfolio companies development, acceleration and fine-tuning of their payments and fintech strategies across four key quadrants: PnL, product, GTM and risk management.
Jacob is an experienced public speaker and a frequent podcast guest in the payments industry. He lives in Santa Barbara, CA with his wife and three sons. He graduated from Skidmore College.
