Amit Mandelbaum is a Senior Advisor to Susquehanna's Portfolio Value Creation team where he leverages his AI and enterprise product expertise to support the growth of Susquehanna's portfolio companies.
Amit is a product leader and AI expert with deep experience across enterprise and startup environments. As former Director of AI at Nvidia, he founded and led the company's networking AI organization, delivering products that became core to the business. He most recently led AI21 Labs' flagship Agents Platform, working with enterprise customers on product direction and go-to-market strategy. He also co-founded Everminds, a GenAI agents startup. Amit is now a Limited Partner at Factorical Capital where he invests in early-stage AI companies.
Amit advises Susquehanna's portfolio companies on AI strategy across technology implementation, data strategy, product development and monetization, and internal AI use-cases identification.
Amit is a recognized thought leader in AI, having founded JerusML (one of Israel's biggest AI communities), delivered keynotes at leading AI conferences, and created widely-viewed educational content and workshops on AI . He holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from The Hebrew University and has authored multiple academic papers and patents.
